You can purchase FireDaemon software products via one of our authorised resellers listed below. If you need to purchase FireDaemon software products via purchase order then please use one of our resellers as we do not accept purchase orders directly.

How To Resell FireDaemon Software Products

If you wish to sell FireDaemon software to your customers you can sign up to become a reseller (a.k.a. partner). As a reseller, obtaining quotes and purchasing FireDaemon software products is generally a 100% self-service process. This is to ensure:

 

  • You can obtain quotes or place orders at your convenience

  • You receive your appropriate reseller discount

  • The quote or purchase is correctly licensed to your customer (a.k.a. licensee)

  • Sales taxes are appropriately applied based on your region.

 

Reseller discounts are negotiable and depend on the size and frequency of your orders. Reseller discounts start at 5% off RRP. We do not offer discounts on OEM products. Please follow the instructions below to sign up, obtain a quote, or place an order as a reseller.

Reseller Signup, Quoting & Purchasing Procedure

Step 1: Apply Email Allowlists

Add the email domains cleverbridge.com and firedaemon.com to your allowlist to ensure signup, quote, order, and support emails do not bounce or get marked and caught as spam.

Step 2: Sign Up

Please complete the following steps to sign up:

  1. Sign-up as a Cleverbridge Partner and fill in your address information and login data

  2. Click the "Next" button 

  3. Click the "Save" button

​

You will receive a "Partnership Application" email from Cleverbridge. If you do not receive the email please sign up again.

​

Once we receive your sign-up request, we will review your application, approve your account and assign a discount level to your account. You will then receive an email from Cleverbridge advising you that your application is successful. 

 

When signing up, please ensure you use your company email address. We do not accept sign-up requests where generic email addresses are used (e.g. @yahoo.com, @gmail.com).

Step 3: Cleverbridge Document ID: USA Only

If your company is based in the USA and is sales tax-exempt, then you may need to obtain a Cleverbridge Document ID from Cleverbridge to obtain quotes and complete purchases tax-free. For more information on how to obtain a Cleverbridge Document ID or to claim a refund of the sales tax associated with your order please see this guide.

 

Step 4: Generating Quotes

  1. Please note we do not accept purchase orders

  2. This step is optional. If you don't need a quote then please see the next section: "Placing Orders"

  3. Go to the Pricing page on our website

  4. Find the product you want to purchase from the Cleverbridge column and click on the corresponding "Get a Quote" link

  5. Update the quantity and maintenance subscriptions associated with the order

  6. Click on the Partner Login button and login

  7. Once logged in your discounts will be applied

  8. IMPORTANT: Ensure you enter the Licensee details correctly.

    If your customer is a company please ensure you enter the company's name.
    This is to ensure license keys are generated in your customer's company name.

     

  9. Enter your Cleverbridge Document ID if you are tax-exempt (USA only)

  10. Enter your VAT ID, Tax ID, ABN or equivalent if purchasing on behalf of a company

  11. Once you complete the quote process you will receive the quote via email

  12. You can use the link in the email to place the order. You will be able to choose your payment method at that time (e.g. credit card, wire transfer, etc.).

Step 5. Placing Orders

  1. Please note that we do not accept purchase orders

  2. If you do not require a quote you can go to the Pricing page on our website

  3. Find the product you want to purchase from the Cleverbridge column and click the corresponding "Buy" button

  4. Update the quantity and maintenance subscriptions associated with the order

  5. Click on the Partner Login button and login

  6. Once logged in your discounts will be applied

  7. IMPORTANT: Ensure you enter the Licensee details correctly.

    If your customer is a company please ensure you enter the company's name.
    This is to ensure license keys are generated in your customer's company name.

     

  8. Enter your Tax ID if you are tax-exempt (USA only)

  9. Enter your VAT ID, Tax ID, ABN or equivalent if purchasing on behalf of a company

  10. Choose your preferred payment method (e.g. credit card, wire transfer, etc.) and complete your purchase. Note that manual payment methods (e.g. cash, cheque, etc.) can take many weeks to process.

When you purchase FireDaemon software products on behalf of your customer, you need to ensure the correct company details are entered. This is to ensure license keys are generated in your customer's name and the invoice is made out in your company name. As per the screenshot below, ensure you enter your customer's Company Name in the Licensee Address section. Enter your Company Name in the Billing Address section per the screenshot below.

Step 6: Deliver the license keys to your customer

Once you have placed the order:

​

  • You will receive an order confirmation with an invoice in your email

  • The online order confirmation and email confirmation contain the license keys (Serial Number Name and Serial Number) which you are responsible, as the reseller, for delivering to your customer.
