OEM Pricing

FireDaemon's commercial software products run in trial mode for 7-days or 30-days with the exception of our Integrator variants. After the trial has elapsed the software product will revert to read-only mode. You will then need to purchase a license.

End-User Extension License

If you need more time to evaluate our commercial software products or you wish to test our licensing, you can request an extension trial license.

Integrator License

Our Integrator products are license-free. Their functionality is identical to the end-user variants. Please download and try the trial version first. Then contact us to discuss your Integrator needs.

Priority Technical Support and Software Assurance

We offer support and upgrade subscriptions for all our commercial software products. some products require support and upgrade subscriptions to be purchased separately. Please ensure you are aware of your support and upgrade entitlements prior to purchasing.

Credit Card

You do not need to supply your credit card details to trial our commercial software products.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are in US$ and exclude tax. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or cheque during the checkout process.

Tax Exemptions

To not be charged tax you will need to provide your appropriate tax identification number during checkout. Alternately, you can obtain a Cleverbridge Document ID to claim your exemption.

License Key Delivery

All license keys are delivered electronically via email once your purchase has been completed and payment is received. If you have lost your license key you can recover it.

Refunds

Please ensure you take full advantage of the trial license period to fully test our software otherwise you can find our Refund Policy here.

Discounts

We offer volume discounts at the time of purchase. We also offer, not-for-profit, student and gaming clan discounts.

Resellers

You can purchase FireDaemon software products through one of our resellers. You can also sign up with us if you want to resell our commercial software products.
