How to sign up to become a FireDaemon reseller
Obtaining quotes for and purchasing FireDaemon software products as a partner or reseller is a self-service process. Reseller discounts are negotiable and depend on the size and frequency of your orders. Reseller discounts start at 5% off RRP. We don’t offer discounts on OEM products.
Please follow the instructions below to sign up, obtain a quote or place an order.
STEP 1- WHITE-LIST EMAIL ADDRESSES
Ensure you white list emails from cleverbridge.com and firedaemon.com to ensure emails don’t get marked as spam.
STEP 2 – SIGN UP
Sign up on Cleverbridge (our eCommerce Partner) using a corporate email address. Please use company email address. we don’t accept generic email addresses (e.g. yahoo.com, gmail.com). We then approve your account with a confirmation email.
Look up order and recover license key
Check Your Inbox
Please check your email inbox and spam trap for any order emails from our eCommerce provider Cleverbridge (@cleverbridge.com).
Use Cleverbridge’s Purchase Lookup Portal
You can also look up your purchase history on the
Cleverbridge Purchase Lookup portal.
Contact Us
If you cannot locate your license key email or find it on the portal, or if you never received it, we can resend your license details and entitlements.
Submit a ticket and provide as much detail as possible.
Helpful information to include:
FireDaemon Serial Number Name and Serial Number Name
Email address you used to place the order
Your name or your company name used to place the order
Order Reference Number
You can always re-download your purchase. Please visit our software mirror and download the appropriate installer.
How do I get a quote and order for my client
STEP 1 – GENERATE A QUOTE OR PLACE AN ORDER
IF YOU NEED TO GENERATE A QUOTE FIRST

If you don’t need a quote then please see the next section

Go to the
Pricing Page and click on GET A QUOTE, update quantity and support options

Login and your discounts will be displayed

Ensure you enter the
Customers COMPANY NAME under Licensee Name. This is to ensure license keys are generated in your customer’s company name

You will receive the quote as a PDF and Link

You can use the link in the quote to place the order online.

You will be able to choose your payment method at that time (e.g. credit card, wire transfer or Paypal).
IF YOU JUST WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER

Go to the
Pricing Page choose the product, adjust the quantity and support options

Login and your discounts will be displayed

Ensure you enter the
Customers COMPANY NAME under Licensee Name. This is to ensure license keys are generated in your customer’s company name

Choose your preferred payment method (e.g. credit card, wire transfer or Paypal) and complete your purchase.
STEP 2 – DELIVER THE SERIAL NUMBER DETAILS TO YOUR CUSTOMER
Once you have placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation with an invoice in your email. The online order confirmation contains the serial number name and serial number which you are responsible as a reseller to deliver to your client.
