Submit a ticket What we support:
For the duration of the Technical Support package, you will receive support on the use of the products (installation, configuration and set up of FireDaemon). This means that we will assist you by email and, if necessary, by telephone. If you haven't purchased support, we will do our best to answer the questions via our Community Forums.

If you are a trial user, please submit a ticket or find us on live chat and we'll assist you with your inquiry.

If you don't have Technical Support, you can purchase it now to receive support for your product or contact us to get a quote. Technical Support can be purchased when you buy our products. They generally cost 30% of the license purchase price.

Third party application integration and where third party applications are deemed to be interfering with the correct function of FireDaemon. Integration Support can be purchased at $29.95 per 30 minutes if third party application integration is required.

Software Upgrades


For the duration of the Software Upgrade package you will receive free upgrades to the latest releases of the licensed software. Software Upgrades is optional.

If you don't have Software Upgrades and want to upgrade to the latest version, please contact us to get a quote. Software Upgrade can be purchased when you buy our our products. They generally cost 30% of the license purchase price.
